Just to clear things up as i got a dm regarding the government supported funding and the government grand, which led to confusion. The funding is secured but we are additonaly working with other companies on a project that is eligible for a german state grant. This one is not 100% yet. Just that there is no confusion between the two 🙂

Hi everyone, unfortunately, we were part of a fraudulent, malicious deal today. We owe you the full truth, as you trust us, and we value every one of you in this community. This is why we are issuing this statement with as much transparency as possible. As you know, we were looking for funding in order to lay the foundation for the ambitious ONINO roadmap. A proclaimed investor reached out to us, and we worked on a deal over the last couple of months, involving intensive due diligence from out side. The investment would have been a great opportunity for us. It turns our we got betrayed. The deal involved an intermediary. Once the intermediary had the tokens, they immediately got dropped into the market, and we did not see our money that was part of the deal. If the investor is also part of the scheme is yet to be seen. We made the mistake of trusting the intermediary, and we got burnt. We sincerely and genuinely want to apologize to our community. We are all 100% behind ONINO, now even more than ever. Today is a very bad day, and we wish all this would never have happened. This does not change how we will push hard to build something never seen before in the space and pave the way for web3 adoption. On the bright side - the ONINO Dashboard is in the final testing and will be coming on time as announced, we’re fully on schedule. We are continuing the efforts to raise funding and have other promising leads that we are negotiating. We will proceed with the most caution possible now and make sure we’re 100% assured for any upcoming deals. We thank you for all your trust and positivity. We have learnt our lesson, the hard way, and are sorry that we have let you down as a community. ONINO’s vision stays the same and we’re even more committed to it than ever. The team is convinced that this will only be a small bump in the road when we look back in a few years. That being said, business was never easy and we have learnt our part.
